Compensation Range - $19-21 per hour - based on experience

How does a Parts Counter Drive Impact?  
Our Parts Counter will be someone who supports our parts department while providing excellent customer service to our internal and external customers. Some of the responsibilities would include: 
- Overseeing the parts sale process from start to finish along with fulling orders from stock.  
- Maintain accurate inventory and notifying parts manager of any out-of-stock parts or shop materials.  
- Ensure correct pricing is listed on service orders. 



What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma or equivalent 
  • Capability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and commissions. 
  • Experience with auto parts sales (preferred) 
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. 
  • Exceptional customer service skills. 
  • High level of detail orientation and accuracy while having the ability to multi-task, handle frequent interruptions, and shifting priorities. 
  • Proven experience working alone and within a team environment. 
  • Familiarity with using Microsoft Office and being able to utilize other computer programs as needed.  
  • This position will require you to move around the dealership and is not limited to sitting, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting.
