Compensation: $20-23/hour depending on experience
How do our Lot Managers Drive Impact?
- Our Lot Managers are the go to people for managing the inventory, lot, and staff at a dealership. Some of the responsibilities would include:
- Train, appraise, motivate, and support the development, productivity, and success of the staff
- Inspect, maintain, and manage paperwork for new vehicles on lot.
- Audit sales and RDR’s
- Assist with HR related duties including recruiting, hiring, and termination of staff
We're Looking For:
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time, bending, reaching and lifting up to 60lbs
- walking
- Positive attitude and experience in a team environment
- Must have manual dexterity and eye/hand coordination to operate equipment
