In this role, you will be the voice of our company, using your strong communication skills to connect with customers and provide clear, empathetic solutions to their inquiries. As a key player in our Business Development Center, you'll need to listen actively to understand customer concerns and adapt your approach to meet their unique needs. With a deep knowledge of our products and proficiency in various technical tools, you’ll be well-equipped to assist customers effectively and efficiently. Your ability to manage time and collaborate with team members will ensure that every customer interaction is handled promptly and with care.

Compensation: $19.25 - 25.00/hr
 
How do our Phone Specialists Drive Impact?
Our Phone Specialist will be someone who will be providing our customers with exceptional customer service. Some of the responsibilities would include:
Promptly and professionally answer inbound calls with the goal of providing an exceptional client experience resulting in a scheduled reservation with the service team; schedule service appointments, advise on recommended maintenance, confirm scheduled appointments, and reschedule missed appointments.
Perform outbound follow-up calls for due and overdue service clients, Special Order Parts (SOP) notifications, scheduling calls, and any additional outbound calls requested by management.

We are Looking For:

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • High level of detail orientation and accuracy.
  • Proven experience working within a team environment.
  • Familiarity with using Microsoft Office and being able to utilize other computer programs as needed.
