Compensation: $18.00-$20.00

How do our Photographers Drive Impact?
Photography Standards: Capture high-quality photographs of each dealership's new car inventory adhering to the Walser brand style guide, highlighting key features and design elements.
Daily Quota: Shoot a minimum of 20 vehicles per day, ensuring images are properly edited and uploaded to external websites or software promptly after each shoot.
Maintenance Duties: Perform light maintenance of the photo area and vehicles, such as clearing snow, washing vehicles, removing unnecessary plastic or stickers within vehicles, and ensuring a clutter-free and distraction-free background for the photographs.
File Organization: Organize photos and files systematically, ensuring proper storage and accessibility for easy retrieval and use by various departments.
New Car Photo Percentage: Maintain the new car photo percentage at 80% for each dealership, consistently updating and adding new inventory images to meet this target.
Reporting: Provide completion reports to the direct manager on a daily basis, detailing the number of vehicles photographed, edited, and uploaded, along with any challenges or notable observations.
Working Conditions: Operate in diverse weather conditions, working outdoors to capture vehicle images regardless of weather changes.

We're Looking For:

  • Two plus years’ experience in photography 
  • Strong knowledge in video editing software Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro
  • Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
  • Stays up to date with current trends
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
