Compensation: $17.00-20.00 per hour
Our Glass Technicians perform mobile and on-site removal and installation of auto glass in addition to these responsibilities:
- Utilize hand and power tools to remove and re-install moldings, wipers, mirrors, windshields and all other automotive glass according to specifications.
- Work closely with the office to complete paperwork, communicate scheduling and repair updates.
- Participate in technical training and stays current on industry advancements.
- Work closely with customer on repairs, paperwork, and payments.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
We’re looking for:
- Perform repairs/replacements on mobile service site (both indoors and outdoors) without direct supervision
- Must have high-end vehicle knowledge for replacements on BMW’s, Mercedes, and Lexus, etc. due to their complex nature
- Ability to push, pull, bend, twist, stretch, lift (50-75 lbs.) and be on your feet for extended periods of time
- Maintain professional appearance
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
- Strong attention to detail
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
