Compensation: $16.50/hr + Product Sales
How do our Customer Experience Specialists Drive Impact?
- Our Customer Experience Specialist will be someone who will provide support to the dealership's service department by welcoming customers into our service department. Some of the responsibilities will include:
- Listening carefully to customers and documenting details of their questions and concerns carefully
- Providing transparency to customers with consistent updates throughout their repair process
- Working as a team with your service admin and technicians
- Building repeat business through consistent follow-up techniques with customers
- Staging vehicles and shuttle customers as needed
We're Looking For:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of detail orientation and accuracy
- Proven experience working within a team environment
- Familiarity with using Microsoft Office
